📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee the schedule of kitchen and service staff, ensuring adequate coverage.,Maintain high standards of food and service quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure team cohesion and motivation.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in training new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
