📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR Manager in the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
