Cafe Oka Cafe & Coffee is looking for an experienced Assistant Senior Accountant to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our restaurant, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

We are offering a competitive salary package of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month, along with other benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, and annual leave.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily financial transactions of the restaurant, including cash handling, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to accounting and financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Provide financial support to the restaurant manager and other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable and accounts receivable.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
