📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train staff to maintain high levels of customer service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Prepare and present regular reports to management,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using retail management software,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
