📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our wellness centers, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a team of over 50 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive the growth and expansion of our wellness chain in Jakarta Raya.
• Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in the wellness and relaxology sector.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer experiences and loyalty.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and market expansion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar leadership role in the wellness, spa, or hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on chain expansion.
• Strong operational and strategic leadership skills with a track record of driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Certification in operational management or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational leadership roles.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
