As a Debt Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts through both desk-based and field operations. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. This role offers a unique blend of administrative and fieldwork, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the debt recovery process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding debts through desk-based and field operations.
• Conduct follow-up calls and visits to debtors to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all debt collection activities using our proprietary CRM system.
• Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Provide regular reports on debt collection progress and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with debtors to facilitate timely payments.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in debt collection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field operations.
