📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring they meet their performance targets.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance employee skills.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.,Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Support the HR department in various administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
