📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Knowledge of the local market and customer needs is a plus.
