📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including administration, facilities management, and office supplies.,Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and goods.,Maintain and update office records, including employee information, visitor logs, and inventory.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement necessary measures to protect employees and visitors.,Handle employee relations matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Coordinate with the HR department to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Organize and facilitate office events, meetings, and activities to enhance team morale and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of office management systems and software.,Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to office management.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
