📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage a team of restaurant staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and purchasing to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a healthcare or hospitality setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for healthcare and hospitality businesses.
