📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Monitor and coordinate production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency.

Manage and mentor a team of production staff.

Resolve production issues promptly and effectively.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Prepare and maintain accurate production records.

Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
