📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Answering inbound calls from potential clients and providing them with information about our services.
  • Assisting clients in making informed decisions about our products and services.
  • Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Updating the company's CRM system with client information and call details.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets and other business objectives.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality.
  • Continuously improving skills and knowledge in customer service and sales.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and hardworking personality with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic and international environment.
