📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operations staff.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the hotel meets all regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in hotel operations.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
