📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main teller in managing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.,Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.,Assist in the management of cash and other banking supplies.,Monitor and report any irregularities or suspicious activities.,Provide assistance to customers with any banking-related inquiries or issues.,Assist in the training and development of new tellers.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.,Basic knowledge of banking procedures and regulations.,Familiarity with computer systems and software used in banking.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
