📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize product listings on Shopee and TikTok to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
• Monitor and update inventory levels to maintain stock accuracy and prevent stockouts.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Track and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies on Shopee and TikTok.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce to continuously improve our online store's performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the customer shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Shopee Seller Center and TikTok Shop Manager.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
