Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles.
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained and operated efficiently.
• Monitoring vehicle performance and addressing any issues promptly.
• Overseeing fuel management and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinating with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Generating and analyzing reports on fleet performance.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Providing guidance and support to drivers and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
