📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Agung Budi Tea products.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Create and manage marketing content for various platforms, including social media, email, and website.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.,Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall marketing goals of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
