🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good understanding of customer service principles.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical troubleshooting and repair skills.Experience with operating systems (WindowsmacOSLinux).Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.Familiarity with IT security best practices.Experience with data backup and recovery software.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
