📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Planning and conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial statements and internal controls to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Leading and mentoring junior auditors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to audit standards.,Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in auditing.,Ensuring all audits are completed within the specified timeframes and budgets.,Providing guidance and support to the audit team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
