📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory tests and analyses.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.,Conduct quality control checks and perform calibration of laboratory equipment.,Analyze and interpret test results, providing accurate and reliable information to our clients.,Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and test results.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in laboratory technology and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train others.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality management.
