📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process from concept to final product.,Mentor and guide junior UI/UX designers.,Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.,Ensure design consistency across all platforms.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.,Conduct user research to inform design decisions.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.,Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.,Proven experience in leading design teams.,Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.,Understanding of user-centered design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
