📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations,Prepare and maintain operation reports and other relevant documents,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency,Provide support and guidance to junior staff members,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus,Ability to travel within the city as needed
