📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.,Manage budget and expenses to ensure profitability and financial health of the outlet.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of increasing sales and improving outlet performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in managing a team of sales associates is a plus.
