Rejeki Yoga Tea is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our tea production process. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our tea production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tea production and a passion for quality assurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire tea production process from start to finish.,Ensure that all production activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the production area.,Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.,Train and mentor production staff to maintain high performance levels.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in tea production or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of tea production processes and quality standards.,Experience in quality assurance and control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.,Proficient in using basic office software and production management tools.
