📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on the company's needs and candidate qualifications.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are hired.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
