📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of applicants.,Conduct job interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
