📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the operations of Apotek Gilang Tea stores in the Samarinda region.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and increase sales.,Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives and store staff.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of customer service.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the business.,Attend and participate in regional and national meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the retail or healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Knowledge of health and wellness products and trends is a plus.
