We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for helping employees and employers achieve their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of reports and other HR-related documents.,Support the HR Manager in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
