📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor daily cash transactions and ensure accurate recording in the general ledger.,Prepare and review bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.,Train and mentor junior accountants as needed.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
