📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right people.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are selected.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends in Yogyakarta.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
