As an Assistant Stylist at Luvaz Salon, you will be responsible for assisting our stylists in preparing clients for their appointments, maintaining a clean and organized salon, and providing exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist stylists in preparing clients for their appointments, including hair washing, blow-drying, and styling.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon, including restocking supplies and cleaning workstations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Learn and apply industry-standard hair styling techniques and tools, such as hair dryers, flat irons, and curling wands.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the salon's booking system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and beauty services.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Follow all salon policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a salon or beauty-related environment, preferably as an assistant stylist or apprentice.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques and tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with salon management software, such as SalonDesk or StylistPro.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Passion for the beauty and fashion industry.
• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
