📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies for sustainable extraction, focusing on minimizing environmental impact and maximizing resource efficiency.
• Oversee the daily operations of mining and extraction activities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of extraction specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as SAP and Microsoft Power BI to monitor and optimize extraction processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities, to foster sustainable practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential environmental and social impacts.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events to advocate for sustainable extraction practices.
• Ensure continuous improvement of extraction processes through innovation and best practice adoption.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainable extraction, with a proven track record in managing mining operations.
• Certification in Sustainable Mining Practices or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards in Indonesia.
• Proven experience in using data analytics tools such as SAP and Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
