At Quality Confinement Home Sabah, you will be responsible for daily care routines, including breastfeeding support, baby care, and monitoring the mother's recovery. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans tailored to each mother's unique needs. Our facility is equipped with the latest medical equipment and follows strict hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standards of care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide daily care to new mothers and their infants, including breastfeeding support and baby care.
• Monitor the mother's recovery and vital signs, documenting all observations and interventions.
• Assist with post-delivery physical activities and exercises prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to the mother's dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the confinement room.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and follow-up.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor.
• Educate mothers on proper infant care, breastfeeding techniques, and post-delivery recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Postnatal Caregiver (CPC) certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in postnatal care or a related healthcare field.
• Strong knowledge of breastfeeding techniques and infant care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic first aid.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
