📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of Field Collection Agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce overdue accounts.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and mentoring to support agent development.
• Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of collection processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting open communication and continuous learning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management, preferably in the financial services industry.
