📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of creative events and projects, from corporate events to cultural festivals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, vendors, and clients, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement creative concepts and designs for events, ensuring they align with our brand identity and client requirements.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to secure the best possible services and products for our events.
• Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve our event offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our events and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Proficient in using event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and innovative approach to event planning.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
