In this role, you'll use tools like SAP SuccessFactors for HR management, and ensure all processes are compliant with local and national regulations. You'll work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national labor laws.
Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.
Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Collaborate with legal and other departments to ensure overall organizational compliance.
Represent the company in labor negotiations and other HR-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and compliance.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of local and national labor laws and regulations.
Certification in HR management or compliance is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using HR management software such as SAP SuccessFactors.
