📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the aesthetic clinic, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled aestheticians, therapists, and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the clinic's growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage the clinic's marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clients.
• Oversee the clinic's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the clinic at industry events and conferences to build its brand and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the beauty and wellness industry.
• A proven track record of successfully managing and growing a beauty clinic or similar business.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to facials, waxing, laser treatments, and skin care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using management software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and clinic management systems.
• A valid certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
