📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of data centre hardware, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data centre systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve hardware and software issues, following standard procedures and best practices.
• Participate in regular maintenance activities, such as backups, updates, and security patches, to keep systems running smoothly.
• Document all activities and incidents, ensuring compliance with Oracle’s policies and industry standards.
• Learn and apply Oracle’s proprietary tools and software, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Console, to manage and monitor data centre resources.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems, staying updated with the latest trends in data centre infrastructure.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of data centre hardware, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Understanding of fundamental IT concepts, such as networking, operating systems, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
