📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, execute, and oversee industrial projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain open communication with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Lead and mentor junior project managers to foster team growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
