📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other critical systems.
• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring that they have the resources and assistance they need to do their jobs effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, working closely with our team of experts to ensure that our systems are running smoothly.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect our company's IT infrastructure from potential threats.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, and recommend improvements to our systems and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our IT infrastructure supports the overall goals and objectives of the company.
• Document and maintain records of all IT activities and incidents, ensuring that we have a clear and accurate record of our systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to new employees, helping them to get up to speed with our IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with IT security best practices and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
