📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with daily salon operations, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Learn and implement salon management best practices, including staff training, quality control, and financial management.
• Support the salon manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Assist with the organization and execution of salon events, promotions, and special services.

• Stay updated with industry trends and new beauty techniques, incorporating them into salon services.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of salon reports and financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a salon environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff.
• Familiarity with salon management software, such as SalonSoft or similar systems.
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends and techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
