📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP, Odoo, and Microsoft Dynamics applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT application support, with a focus on SAP, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Certifications in SAP, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
