📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Collaborate with legal and other departments to ensure overall organizational compliance.
- Represent the company in labor negotiations and other HR-related activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and compliance.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of local and national labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR management or compliance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using HR management software such as SAP SuccessFactors.
